Ingredients:
500 g low-fat ground beef
1 egg
2 onions
90 g stale bread
10 g salt
4 g pepper
4 g chili pepper
4 g cumin
30 ml sunflower oil
Peel and grate the onions and squeeze the excess water. All ingredients are thoroughly kneaded in a deep bowl and the mixture is kept in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Small balls are made of mixture and a small pressure is given to give them a shape of meatballs. Then the sunflower oil is heated in a pan. Meatballs are fried and taken to a plate with paper towels on it to absorb excess oil. It can then be served with either a hot or cold with salad or French fries.
