Ingredients:
1 big size onion
50 ml olive oil
1 kg frozen broad beans
750 ml cold water
Salt (optional)
1 bund dill
6-8 artichoke Hearts (Canned)
200 gr yoghurt
Peel and chop the onion very small and cook in olive oil until onions turn pink. Add broad beans, cold water and salt, cook at medium fire for half an hour. Wash the dill and chop very small. Wash canned artichoke hearts and add to broad beans. Cook 5 more minutes while it is boiling. After it gets cold, take the dish to a serving platter. Serve with yoghurt.
