INGREDIENTS
300 gr bulgur
200 ml hot water
4 branch spring onions
1 small onion
5 springs of fresh basil
1/4 bunch of parsley
1 cup sesame paste
2 gr salt, pepper
2 gr cumin
2 gr paprika
1 lemon juice
10 gr pepper paste
10 gr tomato paste
50 gr walnut
20 ml sunflower oil
20 ml pomegranate juice
Add hot water over bulgur and let it rest for 10 minutes. Chop spring onions into small pieces. Chop parsley, fresh basil and onion. Take all the ingredients you cut into a separate bowl and add the bulgur. Then mix the pepper paste, tomato paste, red pepper, salt, pepper, cumin, sunflower oil, chopped walnut with the back of the knife. Finally; add pomegranate juice, lemon juice, sesame paste and mix until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Serve with greens.
