Ingredients:
500 g corn flour
60 g flour
200 ml sunflower oil
1 egg
8 g sugar
24 g salt
1 packet of baking powder
300 ml hot water
To butter the tray:
10 ml sunflower oilFor the topping:
5 g flour
In a deep bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, sugar and salt with the help of a mixer. Sieve and pour the corn flour and flour in the bowl. After adding the baking powder and add water slowly to the bowl and knead the mixture. When the dough reaches to soft consistency, the desired shape is given by hand. Place the dough on the buttered baking tray by sprinkling flour on it and bake for 40 minutes in a pre-heated 200 degree oven. It can be served hot or cold.
