Ingredients:
150 g cracked corn
90 g boiled red beans
600 g yogurt
1,2 L water
30 g butter
2 g dried mint
2 g chili pepper
5 g salt
Boil cracked corns with 1 liter of water in a saucepan for about 30 minutes until the corn softens. Then add the boiled red beans to the saucepan and boil for another 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix the yoghurt with rest of the water. Add this mixture slowly to the pot. After cooking for another 10 minutes, remove the pot from the stove. Melt the butter in a pan and roast a little with dried mint and chili pepper. Add this sauce tot he soup and serve hot.
