Ingredients:
600 gr lamb meat (cubes)
30 ml butter
500 gr green bean
2 green peppers
200 ml chopped tomato
2 medium size potatoes
1 medium size onion
1/4 bund dill
15 gr tomato paste
300 ml hot water
2 gr black pepper
2 gr salt
Slice the onions and put them in an oven pot. Place the lamb cubes on onions. Drizzle pepper and salt on lamb cubes and mix well. Chop green peppers big and potatoes into small cubes, then pu them into oven pot too. Cut the tip of beans and remove the hard parts on sides. Chop the beans skewed and add into the pot. Chop dill very thin and put onto beans. Pour also chopped tomato all over the pot. Cut the butter into small cubes and place on tomatoes. Put tomato paste in hot water and whisk. Pour the tomato water on dish and cover the pot with an over paper. Cook for 50 minutes at 180 degrees until beans get softer and cooked. Serve immediately.
