Ingredients:
1 bunch of cabbage
200 g boiled red beans
500 g boiled corn
800 ml water
10 g butter
10 ml olive oil
10 g salt
4 g pepper
The cabbage is finely sliced and waited for a while in salty water for its bitter taste to relief, then filtered from water. In a saucepan, olive oil and butter are heated and chopped onions are added. When the onions changes their color to pink, cabbage is added and after mixing it a little, water is added and then the mixture is boiled. When the cabbage softens, red beans and corn are added. After the mixture boils for 5 minutes, pepper and salt are added and the cooker is turned off. Serve hot.
