Pour hot water on fine bulgur in a pot and put a lid on it. Wait for 30 minutes. Chop all the vegetables and half of the romaine lettuce very small. Chop parsley, dill and mint very thin. Add cumin, salt, pepper and tomato/paprika pastes, everything you´ve chopped, olive oil, juice of lemon into bulgur. Mix all the ingredients until bulgur gets the red colour of pastes. Serve with romaine lettuce.
