Wash the broccoli and cut into small pieces. Steam them in boiling salty water for 6-8 minutes. Wash steamed broccoli with cold water and drain. Place them on a serving platter. To prepare the sauce; mix olive oil, grated garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce on broccoli. Roast pine kernels in a pan and cut dried cranberries into half. Drizzle pine kernels and cranberries onto salad and serve.
