Ingredients:
500 g flour
5 g granulated sugar
10 g salt
250 ml water
150 ml sunflower oil
Put the flour in a deep mixing bowl. Knead the dough into which you add sugar and salt by adding water gradually. Then cover the dough thoroughly with stretch film and leave to rest for 20 minutes. Take the walnut-sized pieces from the rested dough and place them on a tray and cover with a damp cloth and leave rest for another 20 minutes. Roll the rested dough pieces with a roller and apply oil with a brush. Then put these doughs on top of each other and roll them as thin as you can. Then, roll the large thin dough into a roll and divide it into pieces 2-3 cm thick. Bring these pieces into a donut shape by hand and place them on the baking tray. Bake over in a preheated 200 degree oven until the dough goes golden brown.
