Ingredients:
300 g flour
7 g powdered sugar
1 packet of baking powder
20 g butter at room temperature
50 ml sunflower oil
50 g yoghurt
For filling:
450 g chocolate cream
In a deep bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar and baking powder. In a separate bowl, mix the yoghurt, butter and sunflower oil thoroughly with a mixer. Then add the yogurt mixture to the flour and knead well. Cover the dough with stretch film over 20 minutes to rest. Then take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and roll it so that the dough is not too thin. Put 1 teaspoon of chocolate cream in the middle of the dough and close the dough like a bundle. Then place the baking paper in the tray with the chocolate cream dough, leaving space between them. Bake in a pre-heated 170 degree oven for about 15 minutes until the dough´s color changes. Serve hot or warm.
