INGREDIENTS
Canned beans in can
1 medium sweet onion
1 medium tomato
12 pitted black olives
1/2 bunch of parsley
20 ml tahini
20 ml vinegar
20 ml olive oil
3 boiled eggs
2 gr of salt
If you are not going to consume the bean salad immediately, do not put the salt into it while preparing and add just before eating, so the ingredients will be more alive and delicious. Chop sweet onion thin and lengthwise and put into a large bowl. Finely chop the parsley and add to the onions. Add tahini, vinegar, seedless black olives, extra virgin olive oil. Chop the boiled eggs into slices and add to the mixture. Add canned, boiled dried beans. Mix gently, making sure that the eggs and beans are not scattered. Put the salad into plates. Decorate with sliced 1 piece of medium tomato with garnish. Sprinkle with salt and serve after blending.
