Ingredients:
1 kg of lamb shank
1 liter of water
140 g rice
10 g butter
10 g pepper paste
10 g chili peppers
8 cloves of garlic
10 g of salt
4 g pepper
After peeling the garlics, place them in a pressure cooker with meat and water and boil them. After boiling, take the meat on a separate plate and wait for it to cool, and then tease the meats out. Then wash and strain the rice, boil in the broth that you get from the meat until the rice is swollen. Then add butter, tomato paste and pepper and continue to boil for 2-3 minutes. Then add the meat and remove from the stove after 2 minutes. Serve hot.
