Ingredients:
420 gr flour
200 ml cold milk
1 egg
45 gr butter
100 ml sunflower oil
100 gr fine walnut
400 gr fine sugar
400 ml hot water
Note: Since it is a halva with egg, it takes more time to cook and becomes golden. Keep roasting at medium fire by mixing during the whole time.
Melt the butter in a wide bottom pan. Turn off the heat and take the pan to the side. Add sunflower oil, cold milk and mix them with a mixer. Add one egg into the pan and keep mixing. Put the pan onto fire again and add the flour. Roast for 30-35 minutes at medium fire. Smash with a spoon meanwhile and be sure it becomes homogenous. After add the fine walnut, sugar, hot water and mix very fast with a wooden spoon. Cook 5 more minutes and let it rest for 10-15 minutes with a lid on it. Serve warm.
