Ingredients:
300 gr fine walnut
35 gr flour
30 gr butter
400 ml grape syrup
Put fine walnut in a pan. Roast it for 5 minutes by mixing in every one minute. Pour half of the grape syrup on it and keep mixing. Let it cool. Melt the butter in another pan and add the flour. Mix them until flour’s clolour changes. Add walnut-syrup miy into flour and cook for 3 minutes at medium fire by mixing with a wooden spoon. Take the pan from the heat and let it cool. Add rest of the syrup on it and mix. Put the helva on a serving plate by shaping with two spoons. Serve warm and immediately.
