INGREDIENTS
750 grams of ground minced meat
1 egg
5 slices of stale bread
10 gr tomato paste
2 gr salt and pepper
2 gr meatball mortar
For the inside of the meatball:
1 boiled egg
1 boiled medium carrot
150 gr boiled pea
Put the ground beef in a bowl, add stale bread inside. Break the egg over the mixture. Then put the pepper, meatball mortar, salt and tomato paste and knead the whole ingredients like kneading the dough for 2-3 minutes. Put one baking paper on the kitchen counter and prepare the meatball, which is as thick as a finger, in square form. For filling; cut the carrot into thin and long slices. Divide the boiled egg into several pieces and place it on the meatball with the peas. Wrap all the material together with the paper in the form of a roll. Fold inward and tighten the edges of the baking paper. Bake the rolled meatball on the baking tray in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 25 minutes. After taking it out from the oven, cut the meatball as thick rings.
