INGREDIENTS
30 gr margarine
1 medium onion
300 gr bulgur
600 ml hot water
1/2 bunch of finely chopped parsley
1/2 bunch of finely chopped dill
1/2 bunch of finely chopped fresh mint
1/2 bunch of finely chopped basil
2 gr salt
2 gr pepper
Melt margarine in a pot. Add the finely chopped onion on the melted margarine and mix until color is obtained. When the onions are roasted, add bulgur which you wash before. Roast in this way for 2-3 minutes. Add hot water over the roasted bulgur. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cook for about 8 minutes with the cover and close heat when the bulgur absorb the water.
