Ingredients:
2 phyllo dough sheets
40 ml sunflower oil
2 pieces boiled chicken leg
400 ml chicken broth
For Sauce:
70 gr flour
30 gr butter
400 ml chicken broth
3 garlic cloves
15 gr salt
10 ml grape vinegar
Put the dough sheets on an oven tray randomly. Pour the sunflower on them evenly. Bake for 20 minutes in oven at 180 degrees. Pour the chicken broth on baked dough shetts. Remove the skin and the bones from boiled chicken legs .Tease out the meat. To prepare the sauce; melt the butter in a small pot and groat the garlic cloves in it. Add flour and mix 5 minutes. Add salt and mix. Pour the chicken broth slowly and mix meanwhile. Place teased out chicken on dough sheets and pour the sauce on it. Garnish with paprika pepper before serving.
