Ingredients:
250 gr cubed lamb meat
20 green plums
1/2 bunch of parsley
6-7 sprigs of spring onions
200 ml hot water
Half lemon’s juice
5 g salt
Wash and drain the lamb meat thoroughly, then place in a large bottomed pot and roast until they are drained. Add hot water to the meat. Then, add the plums that you’ve washed thoroughly to the pot. When the plums are soft, add chopped onions and parsley to the pot. After the onions get softer add lemon juice and salt and boil for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
