Ingredients:
2 yufkas
100 gr fine hazelnut
15 gr butter
200 ml milk
For Syrup:
300 ml water
300 gr sugar
Juice of half a lemon
Tear apart the yufkas randomly and put them in a bowl. Pour the pieces with milk. Oil a pan with half of the butter. Put the half of the yufka pieces at the bottom of the pan. Cover the yufka pieces with fine hazelnut. Put the rest of the pieces on hazelnut and add rest of the butter. Fry it at medium fire until it gets golden colour. To prepare the syrup; put water, sugar, lemon juice in a pot and boil it until the sugar melts. Flip the yufka on a flat seving plate and pour the hot syrup on it slowly. Wait until the yufka absorbs all the syrup before serving.
