Ingredients:
130 gr wheat starch
1L warm water
For Syrup:
1L warm water
400 gr sugar
1 gr red colouring
3-4 pieces of clove
2 pieces of kizamik sugar (around 50 gr) (A kind of sugar with special spices)
Put the starch into an oval shaped big bowl. Add 1/5 of the water and mix with a mixer until it becomes homogenous. Pour the starch mixture in a deep pot and add the remaining water. Cook for 10 minutes by mixing nonstop with a mixer. Pour the pudding in an oven tray, flatten it and leave in the fridge for 2 hours. To prepare the syrup; pour the warm water in a pot and add the sugar. Mix with a mixer and add kizamik sugar. Keep mixing at medium fire and be sure the kizamik sugar melts completely. Add cloves, colouring and boil 10 more minutes until it gets its consistency. Slice the pudding into small squares. Place the pudding cubes into serving bowls. Pour the syrup on them and serve.
