Ingredients:
500 gr borage
200 g Turkish sausage
1 medium onion
20 ml sunflower oil
15 g tomato paste
2 g chili pepper
2 g black pepper
5 g salt
1 L hot water
The borage, which are thoroughly cleaned and drained, are finely chopped and cooked in hot water until their roots are softened. After boiling, borages are taken to a strainer and cold water is poured over. Then squeeze all the water until the water is drained. Roast the chopped onions and chopped sausages with sunflower oil in a large pan for 2-3 minutes. Then add tomato paste, borages, peppers, and salt the pan and roast for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, turn off the cooker and serve the dish hot.
