Ingredients:
300 g dried shelled beans
100 g boiled beans
50 gr bulgur
1 onion
½ bunch of parsley
30 g tomato paste
20 ml olive oil
10 g salt
4 g chili peppers
1 L water
Firstly, fresh beans are prepared for cooking in the season and dried in the sun. After that, dried beans which are filled into the refrigerator bags, can be stored in the freezer and used at any time during the year.
Boil the dried shelled beans with 800 ml water, then filter the water. In a separate pot, add the onions that chopped into cubes and roast until the onions get color. Then add boiled shelled beans, boiled beans and tomato paste to the pot and roast for 2-3 minutes. After this, add rest of the water, bulgur, pepper and salt to the food and boil for 5 minutes. If water is less for the beans, water can be added later. After 5 minutes, turn off the cooker and add finely chopped parsley. Serve hot.
