Ingredients:
600 g flour
250 g butter
150 g walnut
45 g tahini (sesame paste)
45 g yogurt
3 g carbonate
For the syrup:
320 g molasses
For buttering the tray:
5 g butter
Flour, butter, walnut, tahini, yogurt and carbonate are mixed well in a bowl and kneaded. The mixture, which has a more solid consistency than normal cake dough, is spread evenly by hand on a medium-sized tray buttered with butter. Cook in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. When the cake is hot, pour the cold molasses over the cake. Serve after all the molasses absorbed by the cake.
