Ingredients:
500 g lean mutton separated from bones
½ onions
5 g salt
2 g pepper
3 medium tomatoes
3 medium peppers
Smash the meat until it is flat and sprinkle salt on it. Grate the onion and mix it with pepper. Mix the meat with a mixture of onion and pepper in a separate bowl. Cover the meat and rest it for 1 night in a refrigerator. Pass thinly sliced meat through skewers. After the tomatoes are cut in half, they are placed in the skewers together with the peppers. After all the skewers are placed on a tray, both sides are cooked in a preheated 250 degree oven for half an hour and served hot with lavash bread.
