Ingredients:
1 kg sardines
40 ml olive oil
10 g salt
Pepper on request
The fishes are removed from its flakes and cleaned, washed thoroughly and dried. Then salt is added to them and mixed well, then placed on a grill one by one. Then, olive oil with pepper is wiped to each side of the fish with a brush and cooked. On request, it is served hot with salad and lemon or other snacks.
