Ingredients:
1 kg unsalted sheep cheese
160 g semolina
½ kg granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
Put the cheese in a large-bottomed pot and smash it with the help of a wooden spoon. Then turn the stove on and mix until the cheese melts. Egg yolk is then added and stirring is continued. After stirring for 2-3 minutes, semolina is added and stirring is continued. When the mixture has halva consistency, sugar is added and mixed until the halva boils. Then the stove is turned off and can be served hot or cold as desired.
