Ingredients:
2 red hot pepper
1 bunch of parsley
10 g salt
4 g pepper
15 g tomato paste
For topping:
5 green peppers
2 tomato
6 cloves of garlic
2 onions
Parsley, garlic, hot peppers, onions and tomatoes are finely chopped. All chopped ingredients are mixed with ground beef and salt and pepper and kneaded together. Tomato paste is spreaded on the tray, the base of the blended mixture. Tomatoes are cut, each of the onions are divided into 4 equal pieces and placed on the meat mixture. After peeling the garlic, each of the peppers is scratched with a knife and placed on the tray. Kebab should be cooked in pre-heated 200 degree oven for 45 minutes, and should be served hot with pita bread.
