Ingredients:
1 pack of lasagna
500 gr ground beef
100 ml olive oil
2 medium size onion
15 gr tomato paste
1 medium size tomato
2 green pepper (hot)
2 gr salt
2 gr black pepper
For Bechamel:
400 ml milk
200 ml water
30 gr flour
1 egg
15 gr salt and black pepper
For Garnishing:
80 gr dressed cheddar cheese
For Boiling:
1 L hot water
For Oiling the Oven Tray:
10 ml sunflower oil
Boil the lasagna in hot water for 5-6 minutes, drain them and put in cold water. Heat up half of the olive oil in a pan, chop the onion small and add it into oil with gorund beef. Chopp green peppers very thin. Add the peppers and tomato sauce to the pan. Peel the tomato and chop it in cube shape. Add the tomato cubes into the pan with salt and black pepper. For béchamel sauce; heat rest of the olive oil in another pan. Torrefy the flour in it. Add milk and water into the pan. Add salt and black pepper, then mix. Cook the sauce until it has a consistency of a sauce. Turn off the haet and keep mixing for 1-2 minutes. Add egg into the sauce and mix with egg whisk. Oil the oven pot wäth sunflower oil. Drain the lasagna and place into oven pot without leaving any gap. Put some filling from ground beef sauce and then béchamel sauce on it. Place one more layer of lasagna on béchamel sauce. Pour both sauce on it again. Keep doing the same thing till you out of lasagna. Pour rest of the béchamel sauce on the last layer of lasagna and strew. Put dressed cheese on it. Bake for 20 minutes in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees. Serve warm.
