Chop the onion into small cubes and cook in 10 ml sunflower oil till colour changes. Chop the parsley very thin and add to onion. Put ground beef, salt, black pepper, pine kernel, currant and cinnamon stick into the pan. Cook for 10 minutes till ground beef boils out and pine kernels get roasted. For sauce; mix the milk, soda, egg, sunflower oil in a bowl. Open phyllo doughs on kitchen counter and perfuse the inner sauce on them. Put ground beef mixture on doughs evenly. Roll each dough and curl them up to the inside like a spiral. Oil an oven tray with sunflower oil and place the rolls on it by leaving some gap between them. Add 1 egg into left over inner sauce and mix. Perfuse it with an egg brush on doughs which are on the tray. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. After they get cool a bit, slice them and serve.
Bon Appetite!
