Chop the onion very small. To prepare the filling; put the chopped onion in a bowl. Add dressed garlic, ground beef and knead with your hands. Then add paprika paste, tomato paste, black pepper, paprika, half of the salt, bulgur, water, sunflower oil and mix all of them. Peel the zucchinies, cut the edges and slice it to two even pieces. Carve all the pieces and remove the seeds. Fill all the pieces with filling but leave 0.5 cm gap from the top. Put the pieces in a pan vertically and without leaving too much gap between them. Pour the sunflower oil onto zucchinies. Pour the water and rest of the salt into the pot. Put a lid on the pot and cook for 20-25 minutes at medium fire. Serve warm with yoghurt side of it.
