Put the ground meat, dressed onion, black pepper and salt in a big bowl and knead. Take 1/6 of the flour to the side to use later. Add the rest of the flour to the mixture and keep kneading. Strew the flour that you took aside on an oven tray. Take little pieces as big as a walnut from the meat mixture and prepare the meatballs. After, put the metballs in the tray. To be sure all meatballs are cover by flour by shaking the tray. Put the sunflower oil in a pan. Fry the meatballs at medium fire for 10 minutes. Shake the pan time to time to fry the meatballs evenly. Put a piece of paper towel on a plate and take the meatballs on it. In another pot, melt the butter. Dress the garlic into the pan. After the garlic looses its smell, add tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes. After; add the hot water, lemon juice, fried meatballs and the boiled chickpea. Put a lid on the pot and cook for 20-25 minutes till the sauce gets thicker. Serve hot!
