Boil water with some salt. Put the ground beef to a bowl and add chopped parsley, black pepper, salt, egg, onion. Knead the mixture for 2-3 minutes. Put flour on a flat plate. Take pieces as big as a walnut and covered them with flour by dropping into the plate. Put butter into boiling water to melt it. Put the well covered meatballs into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. For dessing; pour the lemon juice in a bowl and add egg, flour. Then mix the dressing with a spoon. Add the dressing into boiling meatballs and take the pot from the heat after 2-3 minutes. Serve the meatballs with its broth in the pot in a bowl. Serving with parsley leaves on the top is recommended.
