Wash and clean the cabbge. Then, cut into thin slices with a food preccesor. Take the slices in a bowl and mix with salt for 5 minutes. Let it rest for half an hour. After half an hour, wash the slices with cold water and drain. Wash, peel and grate the carrot. Put cabbage slices, grated carrot, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix all them and serve in a deep serving platter/bowl.
