Put the bulgur in the hot water and cover the bowl with towel. Wait for 20 minutes then add salt, sesame paste, peeled and dressed tomato and onion, tomato and paprika paste, chili pepper, thin sliced green onion, peppers, parsleey, fine walnut and peanut. Knead all the ingredients in the bowl and shape them. Serve on a serving platter with eisberg leaves.
