Ingredients:
1 big size cucumber
500 gr yoghurt
2 garlic cloves
10 gr fresh mint leaves
Salt (optional)
5 ml olive oil
Peel the cucumber and chop into very small cubes. Mix the yoghurt with salt and garlic. Chop fresh mint leaves. Add cucumber to the mixture. Take the cacik in a deep serving bowl and garnish with mint leaves and olive oil.
