People’s contact with red hot pepper begins with the cultivation in Mexico around 7,000 years ago. Including Turkey, 1/3 of the world’s population consume red pepper and for centuries especially for medical purposes, red pepper used to eliminate pain. Dried, frozen or freshly consumed red pepper has so many good health effects. Capsaicin, a substance derived from red hot pepper, has many different effects in the body. Capsaicin, substance that makes pepper hot, has an anti-tumor effect in many cell types. • Red pepper is also rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C content is higher than lemon. Red peppers have twice as much vitamin C as green peppers.
How to Hide?
Separate the good ones of red peppers and peel them by taking the seeds of. Wash and invert to allow the water to drain. After thoroughly dried, put as many as you’ll use for one time in a bag. Take the as air out of the bag as possible and tie it and put it into freezer. When you want to use it you should prepare other ingredients first. Because as soon as the peppers come out of the freezer, they should be cooked without dissolving or the taste of the pepper deteriorates. You can also chop your peppers and freeze them.
